Danielle Augustine represents the interests of employers and insurance carriers in various workers’ compensation matters. She writes submission letters, appellate briefs, seminar materials, and litigation strategies. She also conducts research and drafts legal memoranda on complex legal issues.
Before joining McAnany, Van Cleave and Phillips, Ms. Augustine received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas. While attending KU, Ms. Augustine served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children as a volunteer through the Douglas County CASA program.
Ms. Augustine subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2016. While in Law School, Ms. Augustine was a student mentor for incoming first-year students and served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable John W. Lungstrum at the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
Ms. Augustine currently lives in Prairie Village, Kansas and enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid Jayhawk Basketball fan.
