KatieLee Kitchen represents the interest of employers’ and workers’ compensation carriers in various workers’ compensation matters. In addition to appearing at settings at the Division, she writes submission letters, appellate briefs, and conducts research and drafts memoranda on complex legal issues.

Before joining McAnany, Van Cleave and Phillips, Ms. Kitchen received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, graduating cum laude. She also earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri.

While enrolled in law school, Ms. Kitchen was an Associate Managing Editor of the Business, Entrepreneurship, and Tax Law Review, teaching fellow for first-year law students, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity member. Ms. Kitchen received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Business Organizations and in the Criminal Prosecution Clinic.

Ms. Kitchen currently lives in St. Louis City. She and her fiancé are avid Mizzou and Blues fans. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, experiencing the many attractions of St. Louis, and traveling.
