Josh Decker practices in the Springfield office of McAnany, Van Cleave & Phillips. He focuses his practice on defending employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters. He often negotiates settlement agreements, researches legal issues, and drafts proposed awards, appellate briefs, and Medicare set-aside trust proposals. 

Mr. Decker graduated with honors from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Decker was a research assistant focusing on insurance law and a staff member on the journal The Urban Lawyer.

Mr. Decker currently lives in Springfield with his wife. He enjoys golf, baseball, and spending time with friends and family.
