Josh Mareschal focuses his practice on workers’ compensation defense, insurance defense, personal injury defense and general civil litigation.  He has first chair and second chair experience in both bench and jury trials.  Prior to joining McAnany, Van Cleave & Phillips, Mr. Mareschal practiced primarily in the area of insurance defense for five years.  

Mr. Mareschal obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Finance and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Truman State University.  He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  While a student at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Mr. Mareschal was a member of the Missouri Law Review and was awarded a Certificate in Tax Law.

In his spare time, Mr. Mareschal enjoys running, biking, and spending time with his family and friends.
