Client Guidelines and Reporting

MVP takes complying with our clients guidelines seriously.  This is why we have an administrative procedures and compliance coordinator.  This role includes communicating with attorney teams about client guidelines, providing training regarding the importance of compliance, and conducting internal spot audits to ensure MVP protocols are being followed.

In order to ensure that our client’s periodic reporting requirements are satisfied, and ensure timely communication regarding the current status of the case, the firm sets client-required reporting dates in our system at the time of a new referral.  

Internal Self Audits

Our firm conducts matter checkups using an internally created tool to ensure matters are continually moving towards resolution.  

Our firm has a senior partner who dedicates many hours to reviewing and evaluating case files to insure that every matter is handled according to the high standards of the MVP Way.
