MVP's Facilities team works with all eight offices.
Our Facilities team negotiates the firm's print and copy leases, facility leases, security and maintenance, cleaning vendors and is responsible for the purchasing of the firm's office supplies.
Our facilities team also coordinates with attorney teams for archiving matters and retrieving matters. The facilities team is usually involved in assisting with the coordination of pickups for the intake of large file referrals. On numerous occasions, our team has retrieved boxes of transferred file materials.
