Jared M. Cluck represents governmental entities and private employers in a variety of legal matters including commercial and business litigation. His practice involves civil litigation defense relating to all types of employment claims, tort claims, insurance claims, and real estate law. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Jared also represents clients in business and corporate transactional and contractual matters. Jared represents clients in Missouri on both the state and federal levels.
Before joining MVP, Jared obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Jared was a member of both the Law Review and The Urban Lawyer, including serving as a Comment Editor for the Law Review. In addition, Jared served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Beth E. Phillips at the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Jared gained practical experience in the Entrepreneurial Law & Practice Clinic where he assisted individuals of the Kansas City community with a variety of both for-profit and non-profit matters. Jared received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his work in the clinic. Prior to his legal career, Jared received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Missouri.
Jared currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri in the downtown area. He spends his free time with family and friends and enjoys traveling with his fiancé Megan. He is an avid sports fan and roots for Mizzou, Chiefs, Cardinals, Blues, and Thunder.
