Josh Mareschal is an active civil litigator who handles a wide range of cases, including construction defect matters, truck and vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, products liability claims, wrongful death claims, homeowners association disputes, first party insurance disputes, mechanics liens and complex civil litigation. Mr. Mareschal also handles workers’ compensation claims. He has both first and second chair jury and bench trial experience in cases involving personal injury, homeowners associations, automobile accidents, premises liability and construction defects. Mr. Mareschal has successfully resolved numerous cases prior to trial through motions practice and effective settlement negotiations. He has represented a variety of clients in all phases of complex civil litigation.
Mr. Mareschal obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Finance and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Truman State University. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. While a student at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Mr. Mareschal was a member of the Missouri Law Review and was awarded a Certificate in Tax Law.
Mr. Mareschal is a member of the Missouri and Springfield Bar Associations. He is a Graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Missouri Class of 2013. He is a Certified Litigation Management Professional, graduate of the Litigation Management Institute 2016. In his spare time, Mr. Mareschal enjoys running, biking, and spending time with his family and friends.
